3/4 Kilograms of green beans
1/2 Kilograms of lean pork
2 Leaves of bay
Add salt and pepper to the meat in small pieces and fry it. Chop the onion, peppers, garlic and add them.
Then, add the beans in pieces and tomato. When they are fried lightly, add the paprika, 2 leaves of bay, salt, saffron and cover it with water.
Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks adding it to the stew and leave it to boil.
Add the cumin, taste and add salt if it need it. It is now ready to eat.
